Business workspace information

Records entered into enabled services, such as customers, leads, projects, tasks, finance records, employees, approvals and activity.

Support communications

Information you choose to include when requesting access, asking a question or reporting a problem.

Security and technical information

Session, request, audit and diagnostic information used to operate, protect and troubleshoot the service.

Purpose should remain connected to the service.

Access and responsibility

Workspace access follows the organization.

Authenticated organization context, enabled services and user permissions determine access. Customer organizations remain responsible for lawful collection, accurate records and appropriate access assignments for their users.

Retention and requests

Final periods must be documented before launch.
